COVID-19 Shipping Info *June Update*
Hello Glowfull Shoppers :)
First of all, thank you all for your patience, support and love during this difficult time. We are all in this together, and we appreciate each and every one of you.
We wanted to create an update and FAQ page to answer all your questions about shopping at Glowfull during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Are you still offering your pre-order service?
We have resumed our pre-order option! Yay
Please note that pre-order shipping times will be longer than usual as our Korean suppliers and international couriers are all trying to offer safe services to their customers and protect their staff. Although usual shipping times are 2-3 weeks, please allow up to 3-5 weeks for delivery. We will keep you posted with weekly shipping updates so that you always know what your shipping progress is. Thank you in advance for your patience :)
Are you shipping at the moment?
Yes, we are definitely shipping! Our courier partners, The Courier Guy are shipping national wide and we have applied for and received an "essential services" permit to ship during all lockdown stages/levels.
How are you protecting your customers?
I am personally packing each and every order, under strict hygiene controls, so ensure your order is safe. Your order is sealed inside the parcel bag at our premises before being handed over to the courier. The Courier Guy is practicing strict hygiene measures at all its branches.
What are your current Delivery time frames?
There are some current shipping delays due to inspections etc. carried out during transport, so please expect your order to take between 3-5 days for delivery. Possibly more for outlying or regional areas.
Our shipping partners, The Courier Guy, are applying high standards of hygiene and social distancing at their courier depots. Please be patient, this is an unprecedented situation and we are thankful for the all those working so hard to make deliver possible at the moment.
The product I want is out of stock! What now?
We are experiencing some stock shortages at the moment, as all our stock is shipped from Korea. Because of current global shipping challenges it is hard for us to say exactly when we can expect new stock to arrive. Please contact us for more details or for alternative product recommendations
Is there a waiting list for Krave Beauty products?!!? I need my fix :)
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to the list of those wanting Krave Beauty updates. We will also be sending out email newsletter notifications on brands that are still unavailable.
Why is FREE shipping now for orders over R800?
International couriers are adding an extra charge "a COVID surcharge" to all shipped deliveries. This, plus the current Rand/Dollar exchange has meant that we need to temporarily up our minimum order amount for free shipping. We would like to keep our products as affordably priced as possible, as always.
