How do I order from Glowfull?
It is very easy to order from Glowfull, simply browse our site and add your chosen products to the online shopping cart, When you have chosen your final products you can pay for your order in the following ways,
How do I pay for an order from Glowfull?
-if you like to pay with your debit or credit card, you can check out securely online via Payfast
-if you would like to pay via EFT, take a screen shot of your cart and / or email your list to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you an invoice with banking information. Once you have made payment, send us a confirmation of payment from your bank via email, and we will notify you when we have confirmed payment.
-if you would like to pay Via PayPal, take a screen shot of your cart and / or email your list to email@example.com and we will send you an invoice with my PayPal ID
Unfortunately we do not accept cash deposits.
Pre-Order your item
Pre-ordering means that you have requested and purchased a product that is currently out of stock or has a longer lead time due to high demand. This means that you will receive this item much faster than if you had to wait for it to be back in stock. Pre-ordered items may take up to two (2) weeks to arrive at Glowfull and will be shipped to you as soon as the stock arrives.
(in most cases this is much quicker! 7 working days is the average wait for stock)
Pre-Ordering allows Glowfull to provide you with a wide variety of products at the best value. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before we ship your order to you, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if I order more than one item, and only one is a Pre-Order?
When will my order ship?
When ordering multiple products, some in stock and some on pre-order, we will ship the in stock products to you as per normal shipping times and prices.
When your pre-order arrives, we will ship this to you at no additional cost. This way you can start enjoying your products straight away, knowing that your pre-order will arrive soon.
What are Glowfull's business hours and contact details?
We are open Monday to Friday. On Fridays we close at 6pm.

Where do you deliver to?
We delivery everywhere within the borders of South Africa.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once you have placed your order, we will need to confirm payment and process your order (1-2 days). Please note, we do not process any new orders after 6pm on a Friday and over weekends. All weekend orders will be processed from the next working day (Monday).
Sometimes we will add a little gift or some samples - Enjoy!
After processing, we assign stock, pack and arrange for delivery (3-4 days). At this point your order will reflect as "fulfilled". When your order is on its way to you, you will be issued with a tracking number and be contacted via email and sms.
Currently, our average delivery time is 5 working days. We are working on making our delivery time shorter. Please be patient as we grow, we will keep you updated on new shipping developments.
